Low-alcohol drinks re-imagined. When we thought about creating a low-alcohol version of our Vineyard Gin we looked into how to make it happen. Most of the options were unsatisfactory. It felt wrong to us to de-alcoholise what we believe is an outstanding product. With the help of Dr John, we've managed to create 0.5% Gin & Tonic that containers real gin, proper tonic and zero compromises.
